City to build 5 new crosswalks
Thunder Bay - By the end of this year, pedestrians will have several new locations to safely cross a number of major city roads. The city is currently tendering for a contractor to install four new traffic signals and one pedestrian overpass. These traffic signals can be activated by simply pressing a button; the overpass will be the same as those already installed around Thunder Bay.
