Local Western landlord, sign the lease directly with the landlord, pay last month's rent as deposit. The landlord is nice, low-maintenance, and handles repairs. Bus 15 downstairs goes directly to the school, Walmart, and Intercity, and it's a 3-minute walk to bus stops for routes 2, 13, 11, and 3M. Available after May 22, no fixed lease term, furniture included free for personal use.
