Is there a place in TB that does full undercarriage rust repair? How much would it roughly cost? Cars here have much worse undercarriage rust than same-year cars in Vancouver.

What to do when an Indian teammate never participates in group discussions and does no work

This semester, after forming a group for a course, the TA squeezed in an Indian teammate. But this teammate only attended the first video meeting (he was cooking in the kitchen while on the video call 😂), and after tasks were assigned, he never participated in any group discussions again. Based on the video meeting discussion, each person's tasks were assigned on Jira, and his task has made no progress so far. This week we had the midterm presentation, and he didn't even do his part of the PPT, nor did he show up on the day of the presentation. Earlier, I wanted to catch him after class to check on progress, but he didn't even come to class. Now I've only seen him once in the video meeting, and I can barely remember him.
