Lucie Clifford is the winner of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation's January 50/50 draw, with a prize of over $1.8 million. Clifford, who lives in Timmins, had just finished a day of teaching on Friday when she received a call from Glenn Craig, the foundation's president and CEO. "Oh my goodness, I don't know what to say.
