2025年5月23日下午，雷湾市中心的Syndicate Avenue出现大量警力。目击者称，下午1点左右有多辆警车和警员聚集在现场。警方已封锁了部分区域，目前尚未公布具体原因。警方呼吁市民避开该区域，并配合执法人员的指挥。截至发稿，尚无关于事件性质或是否有伤亡的官方信息。
