I would call it the most flavorful coffee shop in TB.

The map showed it was close to Lakehead, so I stopped in for a latte on the way.
When I arrived, I was told the espresso uses a blend called Mexico, a single-origin blend of three beans, true to its name from Chiapas, Mexico. I'd never had beans from that region back home, so I didn't have high expectations.
But the first sip woke me up—the fruity acidity was very prominent, mixed with smoky nutty flavors, and the body was heavy, making it instantly distinctive. It's probably the most flavorful latte I've had in TB so far, and I'd recommend it to friends who like fruity acidity mixed with nutty flavors.
I'll try their pour-over next time I have a chance.
