Dragonfly is an open-source multi-threaded high-performance Redis alternative, possibly one of the few true Redis/Valkey OSS challengers on the market, with 26.8k GitHub Stars. Although compatible with the Redis protocol, Dragonfly is not a fork of Redis. Apart from reusing Redis's implementation code for some data structures, the overall underlying architecture is completely rebuilt, featuring a more efficient and modern design. Our cloud product is now available on major cloud providers. Dragonfly is a startup with team members distributed globally, and remote work is available permanently.

Open positions are as follows:
- Senior Core C++ Engineer: directly contribute to the Dragonfly open-source project, participate in and be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Data Plane.
- Control Plane Backend Engineer: participate in and be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Control Plane of Dragonfly Cloud.
