RBC account opening bonus

I went to RBC a couple of days ago to open an account and learned about the benefits for new account holders. Let me share them with you.
1. Student Account
The student account has no monthly fee, and the benefit is $100. The conditions to get it are simple - just make a few transactions with the card.
2. RBC Signature Account
There is a monthly fee of $16.95/mo, but if you also get a credit card and an investment account, you can reduce the monthly fee to around $10. You must hold it for at least 1 year, and after 1 year you can switch to a student account with no monthly fee.
The opening benefit for this type of account is $450, and the condition to get it is to meet two of the following three:
a, Your payroll or pension as a direct deposit. Set the card as the one for your salary. I guess most students don't meet this.
b, Two pre-authorized monthly payments (PAPs). Subscriptions like Netflix, Apple Music, etc. all work.
c, Two bill payments to a service provider. Pay bills with the card - phone bills, credit card bills, etc. all work.
The last two conditions are easier to meet.
In the end, I chose the RBC Signature account. Also, RBC credit cards have points promotions, so you can look into that.
