Local Thunder Bay job: hiring snowplow drivers

Requirements:
- Experience operating equipment, especially in snow removal.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work long hours during snowstorms and be on call when needed.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Perform daily maintenance on skid steers and trackless equipment, such as checking fluid levels and inspecting for any damage or wear.
Experience:
- Experience operating sidewalk plows is required.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical endurance to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
