Important Notice: Canadian study permit applications can no longer be submitted through the IRCC Portal

According to the latest announcement from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), effective March 25, 2025, all Study Permit applications will no longer be submitted through the IRCC Portal system and must be redirected back to the original IRCC Secure Account channel. The specific adjustments are as follows:

Timeline and Transition Arrangements
Before March 25, 2025: Applications created in the Portal but not yet submitted must be completed within 60 days
After March 25, 2025:
• Study permit applications can only be submitted through the IRCC Secure Account
• Portal system retains functions for: visitor visa, super visa, and transit visa applications
