Post summary:Coming off Highway 55 onto Lorne Street, it's been backed up for 3 days. Is there construction around 4:30 PM that allows people to get to Lorne? I know a light takes a long time to cycle, but I've been stuck for at least 6+ light cycles, over 10 minutes of stop and go. Before, I always got through on the first or second cycle. Does anyone have any insight? Or noticed a difference at that time?
